This page describes the BenchReport Pro launch licence, included updates, refund route and support scope.

Licence

A BenchReport Pro purchase grants one individual user a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the application on Windows computers used by that person. Personal, educational and internal commercial use are permitted.

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, publishing the installer, sharing the download with other users, or representing BenchReport as your own product are not permitted. Source code and bespoke development are not included.

Updates

The launch purchase includes BenchReport Pro maintenance updates in the 0.x release series. A future major release may be sold separately, but the purchased installer will not intentionally be disabled or converted into a subscription.

Refunds

The product is sold and delivered through Gumroad with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests should be made through the Gumroad purchase receipt or buyer support process so the order can be identified. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Support scope

Support covers download problems, installer access, reproducible application errors, and reasonable clarification of documented features. It does not include RF engineering advice, analysis of confidential measurements, custom report development, instrument integration, data recovery, or guaranteed response times.

Never send employer, customer, export-controlled, classified or otherwise sensitive measurement files when requesting support. A synthetic or reduced reproduction should be used wherever possible.

Windows warning and integrity

BenchReport Pro 0.4.0 is currently distributed without a commercial code-signing certificate. Windows SmartScreen may therefore show an “unrecognised app” warning. Buyers can verify the downloaded installer using the following published details:

Engineering limitation

BenchReport is analysis and documentation software, not a calibrated instrument, measurement standard or approved test process. Users remain responsible for reviewing results against source data and applicable engineering requirements.

Until a dedicated BenchReport support address is published, buyers should use the reply or support route provided with their Gumroad receipt. A public support address will be added after the separate product mailbox is established.
