Does BenchReport connect to a VNA?

No. BenchReport analyses Touchstone files already exported from a VNA; it does not control the instrument.

Are VNA measurement files uploaded?

No. The browser edition parses measurement contents locally on the device.

Can the report show RF pass and fail results?

Yes. A frequency-bounded minimum or maximum dB rule produces per-measurement results and the worst value and frequency.

From VNA export to PDF

Designed for review, not instrument replacement

BenchReport analyses the samples contained in supplied files. It does not perform VNA calibration, uncertainty analysis, interpolation at limit boundaries, de-embedding, time-domain transformation or instrument control. A competent engineer must review results against the source data and approved process.

Does it connect directly to my VNA?

No. Export S1P or S2P files from the instrument, then open those files in BenchReport.

Are measurement files uploaded?

No. Parsing, plotting and reporting run locally in the browser. Anonymous website analytics contain no measurement contents.

Which S-parameters can I report?

S1P supplies S11. A supported S2P file can supply S11, S21, S12 and S22.

Can it make an official compliance report?

BenchReport creates analysis documentation, not an approved test process. Your organisation remains responsible for calibration, uncertainty and engineering approval.
